UCSC Campus Calendar

Welcome to the UCSC Campus Calendar, a listing of events and announcements of the University of California, Santa Cruz. The Calendar provides a variety of services to the on- and off-campus communities

Both on- and off-campus users may search the Campus Calendar to learn about UC Santa Cruz events and announcements.

UCSC units who wish to add items to the calendar are asked to request a password, then login to add and edit listings.

Promotional Opportunities

Listings posted to the Campus Calendar are eligible for additional promotional opportunities when requested by the sponsoring unit. Key calendar listings are selected for inclusion in print, broadcast and multimedia advertisements in addition to the on-line promotion provided by the Calendar itself.

UCSC Event Planner Support

The Campus Calendar provides campus event planners with crucial information they need in selecting the best dates and locations for their events. It is also used by public safety and transportation personnel to anticipate when additional visitor support may be needed. To assist all users, campus units are asked to post their listings to the calendar as soon as information is available and then to update that information as needed.
