Information Technology Transformation Program (ITTP)

Project Description

In 2003 ITS began work on IT service consolidation. Consolidation will align IT investments with campus priorities, provide campus-wide IT efficiencies, and support the campus community with IT equitable service levels.

As defined by IT staff and campus leadership, project goals include:

• Delivering IT services aligned with campus strategic goals and ensuring needed local support for research and instructional mandates.
• Partnering academic and academic support units in an ongoing effort to leverage IT investments for increased efficiencies.
• Developing and implementing policy, business, and technology solutions stabilizing core IT services and managing security risks.
• Providing responsive, client-centered service delivery with service levels defined by campus and divisional leadership.
