Beginning in 2005-06, the campus has been implementing projects that will position it for growth and development, improve its processes and services, and avoid unnecessary costs. In support of the University's mission of teaching, research, and public service, these projects will contribute to UC Santa Cruz's ability to both economically develop and support new academic programs and expand its high-quality research programs.

Change and transition are difficult. This website will keep you up-to-date about the progress of each transformation project; introduce you to the offices for the project success; and guide you to the resources being provided to make these transitions as smooth as possible.
