Wellness Cards for Facility Access
Summer 2008 through Spring 2009

Anyone wishing to use the OPERS facilities must present either a valid Student ID or a valid Wellness Access Card purchased from OPERS.  If you do not have a valid Student ID card or a valid Wellness Card you will be asked to purchase a Day Pass.

You can purchase the Day Pass available at the main East Field House entrance or the Wellness Center.

Wellness Cards are available only at the OPERS Administrative Office, located on the second floor of the East Field House.

Wellness Card sales for Summer Session 2008 and the 2008-2009 year start on Monday, June 23, 2008. Wellness Access Cards are valid for the quarters purchased.  The calendar dates for the ‘08/’09 year: 
Summer ’08  6/23/08 - 9/19/08
Fall ‘08  9/20/08 - 12/11/08
Winter ’09  1/5/09 - 3/20/09
Spring’09  3/30/09 - 6/11/09
Full Year: 6/23/08 - 6/11/09

Please bring Proof of Affiliation and your expired Wellness Access Card (if applicable) to purchase/renew your Card or Day pass.

Please note that minors require the presence of a parent or guardian to use the OPERS facilities. Minors under the age of 16 cannot use the Wellness Center even with a parent or guardian’s presence and permission.
