Lecture series on healthier food systems continues Nov. 17 and Dec. 1

A lecture series titled "Speaking of Food: Thoughts on Healthier Food Systems" kicks off on November 12. Presented by the Center for Agroecology & Sustainable Food Systems and Kresge College, the series will offer three talks during fall quarter. All three will be held at Kresge Town Hall from 4 to 5:30 p.m.

    Harriet Friedmann, University of Toronto
    "Linking Cultures of Farming, Selling, Cooking, Storing, Sharing, and Eating: Organizational Ecology of the Southern Ontario Food Shed."
