Re: RSVP for annual Staff Appreciation Breakfast

The Staff Advisory Board would like to remind all UCSC staff employees to join us for our annual Pancake Breakfast on Wednesday, May 10, from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. at Stevenson Events Center (formerly Stevenson Dining Hall).

Please RSVP no later than Tuesday, May 2, to sab-breakfast@ucsc.edu. Group responses are encouraged.

Shuttle Service for Off-Campus Breakfast Attendees

With the opening of the Delaware building at 2300 Delaware Avenue, we have seen a dramatic increase in the number of off-campus staff wanting to take advantage of complimentary shuttle service to and from the SAB Pancake Breakfast.

As a result, we will be consolidating service this year by having all pickups and returns occur at the 2300 Delaware and University Business Park facilities. People wishing to take advantage of the shuttle service will need to arrange their own transportation to and from either facility.

Shuttles will leave from the front entrance of 2300 Delaware every 15 minutes between 7:15 and 8:30 a.m., with a stop in front of University Business Park on the way to campus.

Shuttles will leave Stevenson College every 15 minutes from 7:30 until 9:30 a.m., with a stop at UBP on the way to the 2300 Delaware parking lot.

To ensure that we will have an adequate number of seats available, it is important that you alert us of your (or your groups) desire for shuttle service when you RSVP for the breakfast. If you have already emailed your RSVP but didn't include a request for shuttle service, please RSVP again and identify your email as being a follow up to a pre-existing RSVP, so that we don't count you twice for food.
