Re: Death of staff member Steve Allison
I would like to inform you of the death earlier this week of Steve Allison, who has worked in CATS for almost five years. Steve passed away on Monday after a yearlong illness; he was 55.
A UCSC alumnus (Kresge '76) who studied biology and psychology, Steve began working at UCSC in July 1999. He immediately became an integral part of the Financial Information Systems technical support team in CATS.
Details on a service for Steve are unknown at this time.
Please join me in expressing condolences to Steve's wife, Mary, other members of his family, and his coworkers and many friends.
