Re: Annual Transportation Survey and a one-time UCSC Transit Survey
Dear UCSC Faculty/Staff Member:
This year, Transportation and Parking Services (TAPS) invites all faculty and staff to respond to two very important transportation surveys online: the Annual Transportation Survey and a one-time UCSC Transit Survey. Please point your web browser to http://www2.ucsc.edu/taps to respond to these short surveys and have your voice be heard! By completing each survey, you will be eligible to win one of five $100 cash prizes if you respond no later than May 16!
Much like last year’s, the Annual Transportation Survey is designed to assess the travel patterns of faculty, staff and students and is a requirement for the campus in monitoring campus travel issues. You will be asked to describe your campus commute trips and travel patterns for each day of the week, May 5 – 9.
The UCSC Transit Survey is your chance to express your views about the UCSC shuttle system and/or the Metro bus system in terms of travel to, from and around campus. Results of this survey will be combined with other data gathering activities conducted by our consultant to make recommendations for future improvements to the transit system serving all University functions on and off campus.
