Re: Interim CAOs for Crown and Stevenson announced.
Associate Vice Chancellor Jean Marie Scott invites you to join her in welcoming Alex Belisario as interim CAO of Crown College and Rachel Jablon as interim CAO of Stevenson College.
Alex Belisario started her new position on October 15 and is remaining at Crown College where she has served as Associate College Administrative Officer for the past four years. Alex earned a BA in Applied Mathematics from UC San Diego and her MA in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. Alex has over seven years experience in higher education administration with work in student life, as a Coordinator for Residential Education and as a College Program Coordinator. Alex has been actively involved as the co-project coordinator in the development of the student conduct and housing violation database for the campus. In addition to Alex's involvement with UCSC campus, she is the newsletter editor for the Western Association of College and University Housing Officers.
Rachel Jablon started her new position on October 15 and is remaining at Stevenson College where she has served as Associate College Administrative Officer for the past seven years. Rachel earned a BA in English and Psychology from Northeastern University in MA and her MA in Psychology with emphasis in Counseling from Chico State. Rachel is also in the process of completing her graduate work in Public Administration, also from Chico State. Rachel has over sixteen years experience in higher education administration with work in student life, as a Coordinator for Residential Education and as Associate College Administrative Officer. Rachel has been actively involved with the Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Advisory Board and various other housing and judicial policy making committees for the campus. In addition to Rachel's involvement with the UCSC campus, she is an active member of Western Association of College and University Housing Officers and Association of College Professional Administrators (ACPA). Rachel is also the proud parent of a son, who is a junior at Harbor high school.
