Re: Michael Yamauchi-Gleason as new College Administrative Officer for Porter College
Associate Vice Chancellor Jean Marie Scott invites you to join her in welcoming Michael Yamauchi-Gleason as College Administrative Officer for Porter College. Michael will begin his tenure with UCSC on August 13 and is joining the campus from the College of Santa Fe where he served as Assistant Dean of Students. Michael is in the process of earning his Ph.D. in College Student Personnel from Ohio University and earned his M.S.E. in College Student Administration from Emporia State University in Kansas. Michael has over twenty years experience in higher education management. Michael has authored several professional publications and has been a national conference and workshop presenter. AVC Scott would also like to take this opportunity to thank Anita Diaz for her excellent service as the acting CAO for Porter College for this past year.
