Gain Free Publicity for Your Event!
Your Campus Calendar listing is eligible to receive free publicity via a variety of media: weekly on-campus flyers, weekly radio announcements, weekly print advertisement, and on campus cable channel 50. Submit Your Information One of Two Ways
- SOAR (Student Organization Advising and Resources) -
Through your student organization registered with SOAR, submit an Event Approval form. They will make sure the event gets listed on the Campus Calendar. Contact SOAR at 459-2934 for more information.
- A cosponsoring UCSC unit - If your event is co-sponsored, staff from that unit may submit the listing directly to the Campus Calendar. A campus unit may receive Campus Calendar access by using a Password Authorization Form (pdf) or calling 459-2826 for more information.
Start as Soon as Possible!
We want to help you promote your event or meeting, but have print deadlines to meet. The earlier your listing is on the calendar, the more publicity you can receive. Contact your SOAR Adviser or an Event Cosponsor today to list your event!
