  Photos of UC Santa Cruz approved for Web use can be found in the campus gallery and in a photos archive maintained by the Communications & Marketing office. If you have questions about the photo archive, please contact Carolyn Lagattuta in the Communications & Marketing office.

  Obtain written permission of any people shown in any photographs (using the forms below):

  • Over age 18
  • Under age 18
  • Under age 18, Spanish
  • Groups
