African Appreciation Day Saturday, April 21 12:30-7:30 p.m. College Eight Plaza African Appreciation Day is a celebration of African culture brought to you by Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. Pilipino Cultural Celebration Friday, April 27, 8 p.m. Saturday, April 28, 4 p.m. Stevenson College Dining Hall This year marks the 10th annual Pilipino Cultural Celebration, hosted by the UCSC Filipino Student Association. The 22nd Annual Multicultural Festival Saturday, May 5 12-6 p.m. Oakes College Field The Multicultural Festival is one of the most popular annual events in the Monterey Bay Area. It is an all-day celebration of international cultures offering live entertainment and a wide variety of traditional ethnic cuisines. Each year, the Multicultural Festival brings together thousands of participants to dance, eat, and celebrate the many cultures represented at UCSC.
