The Office of Donor Relations serves the donors of UC Santa Cruz – the generous individuals, foundations, businesses, and organizations that support the educational mission of the university.
Donor Relations supports campuswide development activities through gift processing and receiptingówe are the official office of record for all private contributionsóand donor recognition programs, such as donor acknowledgments, special events, and other donor benefits.
Through the combined efforts of campus and community members, UC Santa Cruz has grown to national preeminence, recognized for its excellence in research and teaching. Donor Relations seeks to strengthen these essential connections between campus and community.

The Importance of Private Support
Members of the UC Santa Cruz Foundation, the UCSC Alumni Association, UCSC friends groups, and other donors have given generously to the campus. This support has built or enhanced academic and student-life facilities, and has funded scholarships, research, and other programs. For convenience, donors may make a gift online.
